The Global Access Network
The Global Access Network business model is a complete manufacturing outsourcing model that helps mid size companies ($25M - $500M) to design and manufacture products in China.
Global Access optimizes all aspects of the customer’s supply chain; including sourcing, manufacturing and logistics.
The model can be applied to the entire chain or at individual points; and reduces costs and increases margins by:
- Identifying the opportunities for global sourcing
- Defining and developing the processes required for engineering and manufacturing
- Analyzing the fully landed costs and finding the best sources to minimize costs and delivery time.
Our End-to-End Solution:
- Identification of the products/parts that are the best opportunities to be manufactured overseas.
- Factory selection, based on the product review and the engineering support team advice. We provide the customer with prototype and final landed costs estimates.
- The customer evaluates the prototypes received and works with the engineering support team on any possible modification. After confirming the price and delivery time, the customer typically executes a purchase order.
- Production starts after reviewing the purchase orders. During the production, experienced quality engineers assure the quality and delivery timeline through regular inspections.
- Goods/items produced are labeled and packaged and go through the final quality inspections process and delivered to the port for shipment.

What Customers Do
We Serve?
Manufacturing based companies in the mid-market area.
($20-400M in gross annual revenue)
What Value Do
We Bring You?
The value we bring is very simple. We protect USA
based mid-market companies in the development of their
product in a low cost country. We do this by managing
the entire manufacturing process with our "boots on
the ground" workforce. We currently have over 15
people working for GA on the ground in China today.
Why Is There A Need For The Services We Offer?
The mid-market companies are extremely underserved in
this push to achieve global sourcing initiatives. The
reason is due to many factors: Cash flow, limited
resources, limited experience in offshore endeavors,
and immense pressure from their larger customer base
to source a greater percentage of product from low
cost countries. (Read More) |
