END-TO-END SOLUTION
1. Identify the products / components to be manufactured overseas.
2. Factory selection, based on the product review and the engineering support team advice.
3. Customer evaluates the prototypes received and identifies any possible modifications.
4. Purchase order is issued and production begins. During the production, quality engineers assure the quality and delivery timeline through regular inspections.
5. Goods / items produced are labeled and packaged and sent through final inspection.
