Global Access provides telecommunications and network services as described in your service agreement. Services are provided on a month-to-month or contract basis as specified in your individual service agreement.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to service interruption and late fees as outlined in your service agreement. You may pay online through our secure payment portal at any time.
Global Access strives to provide reliable service with maximum uptime. Service level agreements and uptime guarantees vary by service type and are detailed in individual service contracts.
You agree to use Global Access services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: illegal activities, harassment, distribution of malware, and activities that disrupt network operations.
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. Early termination fees may apply for contracted services.
